Refund Policy

At Tiny Learners, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and store credits are handled, in line with UK consumer law.

1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (14 Days)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method, processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

2. Refunds Outside the 14-Day Cancellation Period
For returns requested after the 14-day statutory period (where accepted at our discretion), approved refunds are issued as a digital store credit (gift card). Store credit:
Can be used on any future purchase at Tiny Learners
Does not expire
Is delivered electronically via email

3. Refund Processing Time
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds or store credit will be issued within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds or store credit:
Items returned outside the approved return period
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items not in their original condition
Original shipping fees (except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item)

5. Store Credit Terms
Store credits and gift cards:
Do not expire
May be used toward any future purchase
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Are non-transferable unless otherwise required by law

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in these cases.
